Devalipi Pro 4.0
Devalipi pro is a mulilanguage non unicode text editor
that supports five languages. Malayalam,Tamil, Urdu,
Arabic and English.
Introduction
DevalipiPro will run on any Mac running
68k or Classic from 7.5 to 9.x or OS X.
OS X Devalipi is carbonized and fully
supports aqua appearance
Allmost all versions of windows 32s are
supported including Windows 95,
Windows 98, Windows ME,
Windows NT 4.x, Windows 2000 and
Windows XP and Vista. Interface of
Devalipi Pro is fully enhanced for XP
appearance.
Cross-platform support available in all Languages,
PC version of Devalipi files can open in Mac and
vice-versa All languages including right-to-left
languages like Arabic and Urdu not require any
localized system or script system or keyboard
switching.
Windows version of Arabic may not run under any
localized or local enabled windows versions
Package
This package contain four fonts and four export options.
In near future more Devalipi fonts and export layouts
will be available.
Keyboard Layouts
Devalipi Arabic' uses standard Mac Arabic keyboard
layout All four languages have special phonetic
keyboard layouts . So You do not need to learn the
complicated Standard keyboard layouts for this
languages. Devalipi keyboard layout is different than
other English Local keyboard layouts
Select "keyboard Reference" from file menu for
full reference of local characters.
Export Options
Devalipi Pro supports more fonts in
Malayalam (all fonts from C-Dac, starts with 'ML')
and Tamil(all 'TSC' fonts) but only
one font included with every language
