PDF Optimizer Preset: Applies the chosen PDF optimizer to the current layout. PDF optimizers enable various optimizations such as fixing printing errors, converting color modes (RGB/CMYK/Gray), applying ICC profiles, adhering to PDF standards, generating detailed output reports for the task, implementing conditional preflights, detecting low-resolution images, replacing fonts, adjusting color grading, adding special effects, and more. Numerous optimizers come pre-installed, offering a wide range of options. Additionally, you can customize your own optimizer settings and add them to the preset list for use as a template in future projects.
Font Replacing Mode: Enables the substitution of missing fonts in the document with fonts available in your system. To activate this feature, you need to enable the font replacement option in the selected PDF optimizer.
Show Error Message : Shows an error message with a missing font name. No further actions for missing fonts.
Replace All With A Font : Replaces all missing font instances with the selected font.
Replace with Selected Fonts.. : Allows to customize missing fonts with respective fonts selected from available fonts.

Replace With:: Sets the default font to replace missing fonts when the font replacement mode is single font.
PDF Color Mode : Setting a color mode does not alter the colors of the images and vector graphics. Typically, the output file preserves the source file as it is. However, there are a few settings that enable color conversion and element editing: the 'convert to color mode' option or by applying a PDF Optimizer preset.
Setup.. : This option shows the color profile option for standard layouts without any optimizer.
Working CMYK: : Sets the default color profiles for color objects in CMYK mode but not associated with any embedded icc profile.
Working RGB: : Sets the default color profiles for color objects in RGB mode but not associated with any embedded icc profile.
Working Gray: : Sets the default color profiles for color objects in Grayscale mode but not associated with any embedded icc profile.
Destination Color Space : Uses your printing machine color profile to give you a color accurate on-screen preview of the signature how it will look once printed.
Include Output Intent In The PDF : Embed Intent profile into the output PDF file according to the color mode. This profile will use the output device for accurate color re-production.
Right-click on the master page preview on layout window to access the collating mark and gathering mark options window.
Convert To Color Mode : Allows to convert output PDF to selected color mode. Colors will be converted using the selected color profile for the destination color space. This option only works when the layout does not have an optimizer and a matching profile found on the destination color space.
PDF Version : Allows you to set PDF versions and standards. Changing the PDF version number does not modify PDF elements or ensure version compatibility or PDF standard compliance. Imported PDF link files are preserved as they are. This option is useful when you need to set the PDF version and PDF standard to meet RIP or printing system requirements.
Version from Linked PDF : Automatically sets the PDF version number to the highest version from the linked source PDF files.
