Presets : Create presets for layout settings to save and apply them easily to future jobs. This feature allows users to efficiently store specific configurations, ensuring consistency and streamlining the imposition process across diverse projects. You can also use the action button menu in the layout window, which allows you to apply any existing presets to the currently opened layout.
• Save Preferences as Preset.. : You may save the whole settings for using with other layout later.
• Load Preferences from Preset : Load the settings from previously saved settings that are listed on the bottom of the presets menu. You may also use the Preferences Preset Action Menu on the Action Menu Buttons on the Layout Editor to achieve the same.

Layout Document Name : Names the output file using the name of the layout document.
First PDF Link File Name : Names the output file using the name of the first PDF link file specified in the link setup.
Custom Name : Manually enter the desired name for the output PDF file.
Advanced Naming Options : Configure file names with additional details, such as job number, client name, or user name. Click the "Setup" button to access these options. View Output Naming Scheme section for more info.

Password Required to Open the File : This password will be required to open the PDF file.
Keep Original PDF File : This option will keep both unencrypted and encrypted files.
Enable Trim Box & Bleed Box on Output : Enable Trim & Bleed bounding boxes on the output PDF file.
Do Not Auto Synchronize Front and Back Layout : Disables applying transformations automatically on the opposite signature as per current signature.
Add Media Size to Output PDF Name : Adds media size information on the output PDF file name.
Do Not Search For Missing Linked PDF Files : Disable searching for the missing linked PDF files in the layout root folders.
Limit PDF Link Analizing to 200 Pages : When this option is enabled, Imposition Studio will prompt you to reduce the number of pages to be analyzed to 200 before conducting the color analysis. This is likely done to improve the performance and speed of the color analysis process, especially for large documents, by limiting the number of pages being processed at once.
Do Not Display Size Errors : Enabling this option will prevent the display of error messages related to sizing issues, such as pages not fitting or bleed problems, during preflight checks on output.
White Ground On PDF Page Box : Uses a white background on all PDF page boxes. All blending modes behave differently on empty space and white areas. Therefore, this option may cause transparency-related errors if the designer unknowingly applied some transparency filters to the page objects.
Omit From Preflight Check : Preflight check will not report 'White Ground On PDF Page Box’ option as an error if this option is enabled.
Set as Global Default.. : Apply all settings as the global default so that the current document and all new documents you create thereafter will use the current layout settings. You may get the same results when you open (Default) Layout Settings..’ while no job is opened. The settings will be saved as global defaults for all new documents.
Application Settings.. : Shows Application Settings window
